Faculty 5: Mandala
"There is geometry in the humming of the strings, there is music in the spacing of the spheres." - Pythagoras
Now, get busy, travel to where land merges with sea. Gather all colors of the rainbow and weave infinity… (f5-12)
In Faculty 1 we learned about identifying points of interest with the Copper Access. In Faculty 5, we learn how to connect 2 points of interest to create a line of dialogue or a continuum with finite ends. The Anya Mandala symbolizes this line of dialogue in infinity symbols made of two, intersecting spheres.
There are 8 spheres, therefore 4 infinity loops in total that comprise the "Inner story" and collectively take on the appearance of an Atomic structure. The Blue sphere, as the symbol of the Seeker, begins the inward travel through these reciprocity loops beginning at the east and headed towards the west. There are many different itineraries in this infinite frontier and they all lead back to center -- but, for now, the journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step.
