How would it feel to breath open the hips?
Imagine inhaling to pull open the sit bones and increase space for the sacrum to expand, as if ironing out the kinks at the base of the spine. Now, envision exhaling to push energy from the exterior belly inward towards the viscera, as if stoking an ancient power center also called The Plenum (Fullness).
Repeat this breath cycle 5-10 times and label it as “Empty & Open”.
