Faculty 6: Meta- Map

"A great burden was lifted from my shoulders the day I realized that no one owes me anything.” - Harry Browne

test3Solar Plexxus

Cross connect two lines in an X to each lower tip of the shoulder blade, stay on the same side, head up to the clavicles til a parenthesis is made – take a moment and honor the back door of the heart – this is where the whole journey inspires from the start (f6)

What would it feel like to rest into the space between the shoulder blades?

To clarify the tone in any given exchange, organize the shoulders! Imagine inhaling to open the collarbones as if increasing the space for the heart to breathe. Now, envision exhaling to push the lower tips of the shoulder blades toward the sit bones -- as if plugging in to a treasure chest of stored potential.  Repeat this breath cycle a few times and label it as “Fill Up & Plug In”.  As Rumi describes, “There is a candle in your heart, ready to be kindled. There is a void in your soul, ready to be filled. You feel it, don't you?”

It only takes a moment to connect with grace. Create a sub text– stay focused on embodying the shoulders – from this inner agenda – conversations will take on whole new directions.

Like Mood Lighting –the meta-map stimulates energetic connections in our intrinsic environment to MELT undue tension in the extrinsic counterparts:
